What is the annual operating cost of a GMP Xvivo?

The average operating cost for a GMP Xvivo X2 unit is around $10-12k per year, depending on the configuration, compared to the nearly 6-figure or more cost of traditional cleanrooms.

How fast can you deliver across the world?

After order acceptance, we can build, test, and crate most systems within 2-3 months, estimated at the time of order. Once crates are on site, systems usually takes no more than 2-3 weeks to install and validate, which is scheduled at a mutually convenient start date.

How often should I calibrate my oxygen sensor?

We recommend sensors are calibrated on a monthly basis. Visit our YouTube channel for a step by step guide on sensor calibration.

 

How often should I change my oxygen sensor?

We recommend changing the sensor about every 18 months.

What BioSpherix products are typically used for in vivo studies?

BioSpherix designs all of our in vivo products with ethical and safety considerations in mind. Our two most common products in the in vivo space is the ProOx 360, A-Chamber, and the OxyCycler A84.

What products do you recommend for cell research studies?

For cell research, we recommend the C-Chamber, ProOx C21, OxyCycler C42, and the Xvivo System model X3.

What products do you offer for GMP cell manufacturing?

Our Xvivo System X3 is is designed exclusively with GMP considerations in mind. With ISO 5 level particle counts, low contamination risk, and precise measurements, it meets all of the standards necessary for GMP research and manufacturing.

Is there any commercial facility using your system for manufacturing?

Yes, we have many companies and institutions using our system for IND approved clinical trials, globally. Please contact sales@biospherix.com for more details.

Do you require ducting for your Xvivo System?

There is no HVAC or ducting required for our Xvivo System. 

Is the software Annex 11 compliant or 21CFR part 11?

Yes, our software is 21 CFR part 11 compliant. 

How do you ensure sterility and continuous supply of gases in your Xvivo System?

Ventilation is performed through a vacuum to any remote location, and this vacuum only pulls as the gases are infused. The gas is passed through multiple filters for sterility.
