OxyStreamer

The OxyStreamer controller for live cell microscopy offers dual streams of customizable oxygen and carbon dioxide gases without premixed cylinders. It independently monitors and blends gases (including nitrogen) to achieve precise O₂ (0.1-99.9%) and CO₂ (0.1-20.0%) concentrations in real time. Designed for ease of use, it maintains gas concentrations within 0.2% of setpoint levels through closed-loop control. Each stream’s flow rate is separately managed for efficient gas delivery to cell culture chambers and diffusion into media or perfusate, optimizing both gas and liquid phases simultaneously.
