In the final presentation of our Biotech Bootcamp series, Crystal Bourne of CATTI explores the fundamentals of cell culture and her experience working with the Xvivo System®.
Crystal walks through the steps of cell culture while comparing the Xvivo System’s closed, controlled environment with traditional biosafety cabinets. Using the A549 cancer cell line, she examines cell morphology, confluence, distribution, and cell counts to explore how the two approaches differ.
